Promeco Extruder System: Production of RDF in pellets, thickened or briquettes

In PROMECO Extruder System, the materials are subjected to pressure and friction treatment. This friction generates heat up to the plastics melting point which operate like a binder for all the other materials (if present). The materials thus homogenised and plasticized are pressed by out matrix, which confers their final briquettes shape, changing the type of matrix.
PROMECO Extruder System applications are several:
- Production of RDF in pellets, thickened or briquettes.
- Production of compounded profiles and/or finished products (spacers for pallet, poles for agriculture, tires
retainers for cars, compounded profiles for structural and soundproof walls, kerbs for external use).
- Also thickening of mixed plastics
- Compost pre-treatment
- Production of peat substitute
