Using the dry fraction of industrial or urban solid waste or the one of the waste mixed with plastics, paper, cardboard and wood, it is possible to obtain pellets and briquettes with a diameter from 25 to 200 mm with density up to 1,5 t/mc or thickened fluff with density from 250 to 400 kg/mc.The input materials could contains small quantity of metal, humidity until to 28% and middlesize from 100 mm. These products can be used for thermoexploitation on fluid bed or grate or in gas generators for gas combustible production. The production of RDF in briquettes with Promeco Extruder System make to get a high density, with consequent reduction of size and notable advantage for the storage and transport, a considerable increase of the calorific power, complete demolition of the smells, possibility to give any shape at final product.

Compounded profiles and finished products

Using plastics waste and paper or clean cardboard and/or sawdust it is possible to get through Promeco Extruder System a wide range of finished products, among which, for instance, there are spacers for pallets, poles for agriculture, tires retainers for cars, compounded profiles for structural and soundproof walls, kerbs for external use. The advantage we get from our Promeco Extruder System is the transformation of the waste into a completely recycled product with relevant economic advantages.
