PROMECO STEEL DISCS SCREENS
Promeco PDS screen is equipped with hexagonal shaped discs made of several parallel rollers installed on a holding structure and powered by motor and movement’s transmission devices.
The PEV screen is the wrapping prevention screen whose rollers are made of a shaft on which discs and idle pipes are fixed.
Every idle pipe is equipped with a rod linked to a horizontal bar that is connected to the screen’s structure: this prevents the complete rotation of the idle pipes and the twisting of the material on the discs.
All shafts are equipped with a quick release mechanism and a diverter that allows to lengthen or shorten the screening surface optimizing the screening.

The screening capacity depends on the material, the screening section and the granulometry of the material to be processed.
